Deadline: May 1st
GEAR ORDER FORM DETAILS
Make camp prep easy by ordering essential gear like sleeping bags, dry bags, and life jackets directly through camp. Your camper’s gear will be ready and waiting upon arrival, saving you time and ensuring they have the right equipment. For packing tips, check out our Packing Guide.
TRANSPORT DETAILS
Entering Canada to Attend Pathfinder 2025
Please prepare everything you and your camper will need to travel to Pathfinder from the U.S. and overseas. Ensure you and your camper have current passports and/or the child's birth certificate for your border crossing days. Campers ages 16+ require a passport for road travel from the U.S.. A passport is required for air travel. If you need to secure a permission letter from another parent, please be sure to do so before your travel days.

Security at Airports
To avoid delays and hassles, make sure your Camper packs all objects such as pocket knives, soaps, lotions and shampoo, etc. in his checked baggage and not in a carry-on bag. Have his identification ready to show or give over to the staff member on hand. It is useful to have the camper carry a copy of the camp transport form with him. The transport counselors also have this form.
Give your camper the Camp’s phone number, 705.633.5553.
Give the Camp your camper's cell phone number if he carries one.

Tips for Comfortable Travel
-
Have a rain jacket handy on travel day -- in your day pack is best!
-
Bring a mask or two in case there is a time a mask may be required during your travels.
-
If riding the bus, pack a lunch, snack, and some drinks. The bus has a restroom and does not make a food stop.
-
If travelling by air, bring a small sum of cash for food & drink.
-
Remember: Pathfinder staff will be aboard the bus and awaiting airport arrivals in the lobby. As necessary, once your camper is in the care of our staff, we will supervise contact to confirm arrival or check-in for departure.
-
Staff will collect electronics, where they will be secured in the camp office until departure. No exceptions.

Parents sending your campers by coach and airline, you may check with camp to confirm their safe arrival. Parents driving campers please drop off and pick up your boys at the appropriate times.
